The Decan F2, the flagship of Pick & Place Hanwha Machinery, is a new generation ultra-high-speed universal chip mounter, offering the highest productivity and accuracy in its class. The modular conveyor allows an optimal transport of PCBs, which adapts to any eventuality. An additional fixed chamera and tray feeder increase flexibility even more.<\/span><\/p>\n

This machine is different from a normal chip shooter, as it moves away from the traditional concept where speed is at the expense of flexibility on the size of components and PCBs.<\/p>\n

More than 30 years of experience have created a machine capable of assembling components starting from 01005 up to connectors and devices up to 55mm wide, with a maximum height of 15mm. Also noteworthy is the capacity of the conveyor: 1200mm of maximum length!<\/p>\n
