Componenti ottici selezionati in modo ideale
Il numero di pixel di una camera o la definizione "µm/pixel" non sono gli unici criteri di qualità necessari per ispezionare piccoli componenti ad una risoluzione accettabile. Delle lenti ottimizzate, infatti sono in grado di ridurre gli effetti di diffrazione e eliminare le sbavature sui dettagli più accentuati.

Assieme agli algoritmi di trasformazione immagine ottimizzati, i sistemi Opticon forniscono la migliore risoluzione ottica, fornendo le basi per il rilevamento di saldature e componenti fino a dimensione 01005.

I sistemi di illuminazione sono anche dotati di moduli UV/IR in grado di variare la loro lunghezza d'onda, intensità e direzione. In questo modo è possibile rilevare componenti a basso contrasto, polarità, differenze di materiali e contaminazioni.

In addition to the optical resolution, the decisive criterion for angled-view inspection is the usable inspection panel's size. The limited depth of field of the used lens and the viewing angle are responsible for an inspection area reduction on a PCB.
The quick View into each Corner
By means of image detection in 1° steps, the 360° rotation of the angled-view Chameleon module provides the selection of suitable viewing angles, enabling the ideal inspection perspective in nearly all placement situations and pad geometries. The camera module offers excellent image quality within a large field of view, guaranteeing a time-optimized application.
