The PEMTRON TROI 8800 CI system is a Conformal Coating Inspection System with Inline Coating Thickness Measure (Option) right solution for those who need to inspect the resin boards from the conformal coating process. With an easy, intuitive (coated golden PCB) and reliable programming, the machine can inspect the most common defects such as: Selected Areas of Non-Coverage, cracks, coating voids, Bubbles, wrong coating thickness (too-thin or too-thick), Foreign Materials in Surfaces etc in just a few minutes. Optional the insertion of a thickness control system through a verification of the refraction of light on the coating. In case it is necessary to inspect both sides, the PEMTRON TROI 8800 CI machine can be equipped with an internal inverter/flipper.
